By accessing or using StockHeroes.AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The content provided by StockHeroes.AI — including AI-generated stock picks, bull/bear analyses, options ideas, trend dashboards, alerts, and any other output — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other professional advice.

StockHeroes.AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not recommend the purchase or sale of any security. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past performance of any analysis, pick, or idea presented on the platform is not indicative of future results. Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

StockHeroes.AI uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems to generate stock analyses, picks, scores, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and has not been reviewed or verified by licensed financial professionals.
• AI output may not reflect current market conditions, recent news, earnings releases, or other time-sensitive events.
• Algorithmic analyses can be incorrect, incomplete, or based on data that contains errors or delays.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content is not guaranteed.
• AI models may have inherent biases or limitations that affect the quality of their output.

Use of AI-generated content as the sole or primary basis for investment decisions is done entirely at your own risk.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a legal resident of or located in a jurisdiction where the Service is permitted.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial research only. Commercial use requires a separate written license agreement.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately at legal@stockheroes.ai if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account sharing is prohibited. Each account is for individual use only.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

• All fees are stated in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend access if a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our prior written consent.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service beyond normal browsing.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content from the Service without a written license.
• Use the platform to engage in market manipulation or other fraudulent trading practices.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

All content on the Service is owned by StockHeroes.AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.

The Service relies on data and services from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We make no guarantee regarding the profitability of any stock pick, analysis, or idea generated by our platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOCKHEROES.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of: (A) fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (B) $50.00 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockHeroes.AI from and against any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any investment decision you make based on content from the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting us at legal@stockheroes.ai. Sections 2, 3, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
